1 Parc en Vine Cottage is our beautiful character self catering holiday cottage converted from the west end of a 200 year old farmhouse located on the edge of the village of St Issey, close to Padstow and the north Cornwall coast. The cottage is graded 4 stars under the Visit Britain assessment scheme.
Parc en Vine Cottage is one mile from Trevorrick Farm but enjoys the same use of facilitities - heated swimming pool, snooker table, table tennis, trampoline and extensive children's facilities.
Gas and electricity is included in your rental for normal anticipated consumption. In line with our green tourism policy, we actively promote the efficient use of energy. The cost of rental includes 14 units of electricity per day (100 units per week), which is sufficient for normal consumption. Extra units used are charged at cost (12.5p per kWh) by meter reading. Gas is included for heating water and the gas stove in the sitting room. During autumn, winter and early spring (29th September 2007 to 2nd May 2008) 7 hours of gas is included per day for central heating to give background central heating. Additional heating is provided in the sitting room by the feature gas stove, or electric heaters elsewhere.
For the comfort of all our guests, we strictly do not allow smoking in the cottage.
