1 Parc en Vine Cottage is our beautiful character self catering holiday cottage converted from the west end of a 200 year old farmhouse located on the edge of the village of St Issey, close to Padstow and the north Cornwall coast. The cottage has been awarded 4 stars under the Visit Britain assessment scheme.
Parc en Vine Cottage is one mile from Trevorrick Farm, but enjoys the same use of facilitities - heated indoor swimming pool (seasonal), snooker table, table tennis, large 14' trampoline and extensive childrens' facilities.
In line with our green tourism policy, we actively promote the efficient use of energy. The cost of rental includes 14 units of electricity per day (100 units per week) and 0.5m3 gas per day for hot water, which we have found to typically cover normal consumption. Additonal units used are charged at cost: 12.5p per kWh for electricity, £1.85 per cubic meter for LPG gas, both by meter reading. Any additional utility charges are deducted from the deposit.
During the cooler months (2nd October to 15th May), 1.5m3 of gas per day is included in the rental, in addition to 14 units of electricity per day. Again, additional units are charged at cost as above.
For the comfort of all our guests, we strictly do not allow smoking in the cottage.
